Experience

From a young age, I intuitively understood how things operated. The most complicated devices I could get my hands on were electronics, so that is where I focused my attention. I became extremely good at repairing all types of electronics and kept with it into adulthood. During that time, a gaming console called Xbox 360 had a massive design flaw that would render the console inoperable without intervention. I designed a repair that was one of the best nationwide (The Running Box). The business I acquired from that repair was financially sound but incredibly tedious day to day. When the next-generation console was released without the design flaw, I took time off to experiment with new things and find my core interests.

I ended up gravitating towards tech support and became a technical support specialist (Builders Design). As the support specialist, it was my sole responsibility to keep the business operational. From computers to printers, if it was technical, I fixed/optimized it. The company was small, and due to its size, advancement was not an option. I enjoyed my work and the people around me, but I had to move on for continued growth.

I started a company (Cynosure Techworks) that initially focused on tech support, and minor component installs. I found that I had more enjoyment with larger project installs. I eagerly looked forward to the large install days and planned on doing them full-time with my company. However, that brings us to today. To install home automation or other larger tech projects, I need an electrician’s license. Becoming an electrician means a lot to me. I know this is my path, and I will do whatever it takes to find, complete, and pay back an apprenticeship.

I am a hard worker as well as excellent when it comes to customer service. You will get my full attention and effort. My focus will be on adding value to your company every single day.

Thank you for taking the time to read about my experiences. There is a projects page that shows some of the unrelated labor-based projects that I have done.
